How long does shipping take?
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the item and shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Select styles may be restocked. Join our mailing list for restock announcements and new releases.
How should I care for my Hell Her® / Hell Him™ clothing?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the garment inside out before washing, especially embroidered items. Use a gentle cycle and do not bleach. Do not iron directly over embroidery or printed designs. Follow the garment care label for drying instructions.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Hell Her® / Hell Him™ will cover return shipping if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact hello@hellher.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will take care of the return shipping and make it right.
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to the size guide provided with each product. Sizing may vary slightly between styles.
